1. Operator
EVENT RADAR and EYE OF X are operated by BUY OR CRY LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17291675. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: contact@buyorcry.club. Partnerships: partners@buyorcry.club.
2. Nature of the service
EVENT RADAR is an event-discovery and routing service. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific listing, BUY OR CRY LTD is not the organiser, venue, ticket seller, travel agent, insurer or transport provider. We do not conclude the visitor's transaction with an external provider and do not hold ticket or travel payments through this website.
3. Verify before acting
Event dates, venues, line-ups, prices, availability, entry rules and travel conditions can change or be cancelled. We curate information from sources we consider reliable, but visitors must verify all material details on the linked official source before buying, booking or travelling. Weather information is indicative and is not a safety warning service.
4. External and partner links
External websites operate under their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not by itself mean that an organiser or brand endorses EVENT RADAR. Links marked as partner, affiliate or advertising may generate a commission for BUY OR CRY LTD when an eligible purchase is made, at no additional cost to the visitor. We do not represent an unconfirmed relationship as an official partnership.
5. Home-screen installation
EVENT RADAR may be offered by a compatible browser as a Progressive Web App. Installation is optional and requires an action by the device user or browser interface. Sharing or opening a URL does not authorise or silently perform installation. The home-screen version displays the live website and can be removed through the device's normal Remove or Uninstall controls.
6. Acceptable use and security
You must not:
- attempt unauthorised access, probe vulnerabilities, bypass rate limits or disrupt the service;
- use automated extraction in a way that harms availability or infringes third-party rights;
- impersonate BUY OR CRY LTD, EVENT RADAR, EYE OF X, an organiser or a partner;
- use the service for fraud, malware distribution or unlawful activity.
Good-faith vulnerability reports should be sent privately to contact@buyorcry.club.
7. Intellectual property
The EVENT RADAR/EYE OF X presentation, original text, interface and owned visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Event, venue, artist and partner names or marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and reporting. No ownership or sponsorship is claimed merely by listing an event.
8. Availability and liability
We may correct, update, suspend or withdraw content when reasonably necessary. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those limits, BUY OR CRY LTD is not responsible for an external provider's acts, cancellations, purchases, travel decisions or indirect loss arising solely from reliance on unverified third-party information. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
9. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protection or forum available to a consumer in their country. The version and effective date above identify the terms applying to current use. Material changes will be published here.
