1. Operator
EVENT RADAR and EYE OF X are operated by BUY OR CRY LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17291675. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: contact@buyorcry.club. Partnerships: partners@eventradar.click.
2. Nature of the service
EVENT RADAR is an event-discovery and routing service. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific listing, BUY OR CRY LTD is not the organiser, venue, ticket seller, travel agent, insurer or transport provider. We do not conclude the visitor's transaction with an external provider and do not hold ticket or travel payments through this website.
3. Verify before acting
Event dates, venues, line-ups, prices, availability, entry rules and travel conditions can change or be cancelled. We curate information from sources we consider reliable, but visitors must verify all material details on the linked official source before buying, booking or travelling. Weather information is indicative and is not a safety warning service.
4. External and partner links
External websites operate under their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not by itself mean that an organiser or brand endorses EVENT RADAR. Links marked as partner, affiliate or advertising may generate a commission for BUY OR CRY LTD when an eligible purchase is made, at no additional cost to the visitor. We do not represent an unconfirmed relationship as an official partnership.
5. Home-screen installation
EVENT RADAR may be offered by a compatible browser as a Progressive Web App. Installation is optional and requires an action by the device user or browser interface. Sharing or opening a URL does not authorise or silently perform installation. The home-screen version displays the live website and can be removed through the device's normal Remove or Uninstall controls.
6. Acceptable use and security
You must not:
- attempt unauthorised access, probe vulnerabilities, bypass rate limits or disrupt the service;
- use automated extraction in a way that harms availability or infringes third-party rights;
- impersonate BUY OR CRY LTD, EVENT RADAR, EYE OF X, an organiser or a partner;
- use the service for fraud, malware distribution or unlawful activity.
Good-faith vulnerability reports should be sent privately to contact@buyorcry.club.
7. Intellectual property
The EVENT RADAR/EYE OF X presentation, original text, interface and owned visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Event, venue, artist and partner names or marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and reporting. No ownership or sponsorship is claimed merely by listing an event.
8. Availability and liability
We may correct, update, suspend or withdraw content when reasonably necessary. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those limits, BUY OR CRY LTD is not responsible for an external provider's acts, cancellations, purchases, travel decisions or indirect loss arising solely from reliance on unverified third-party information. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
9. WORLD PROMOS commercial terms
WORLD PROMOS is an application-based professional promotional service offered for business, trade or professional purposes. The regional launch offer is €29.90 for 90 days in Africa and Latin America, including Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. Spain and other standard markets are €29.90 for 60 days. Each placement is one prepaid period and does not renew automatically. A standard renewal offer is €29.90 for 60 further days. Payment is completed through the official Revolut Checkout page after approval or explicit renewal confirmation. An application is not an invoice, acceptance or payment request. A profile goes live only after approval, cleared payment and final asset review. The selected placement period starts when the approved profile goes live.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and authorised to submit and promote the named profile, brand and social accounts. BUY OR CRY LTD may request reasonable proof, pause review, reject a mismatched or apparently unauthorised payment, and withhold publication until the payer, amount and unique payment reference are verified. Where a payment must be returned, it will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method, subject to law and the payment provider's procedures. EVENT RADAR does not collect or store payment-card details; payment details are handled by Revolut.
The placement includes one public profile, one global directory card, distribution to WORLD PROMOS positions across every live regional EVENT RADAR and one approved outbound link with click reporting. Placement does not guarantee a fixed number of impressions, clicks, enquiries, bookings, sales or income. BUY OR CRY LTD may decline, pause or remove a profile that is misleading, unlawful, unsafe, materially changed after approval or in breach of these terms.
EYE OF X RADAR INDEX is an internal WORLD PROMOS performance position, not an independent or industry-wide ranking. It is calculated from measurable activity on active EVENT RADAR profiles, currently profile views and approved outbound-link clicks, with clicks weighted more heavily. The position and star band may change as activity and the number of live profiles change. Automated, fraudulent or manipulated activity may be excluded and does not create a contractual entitlement to any position.
The mutual-promotion condition is “WE FEATURE YOU. YOU SHARE US.” During each active month the participant supplies either one public post or Reel, or two public Stories, tagging the agreed EVENT RADAR account and linking to EVENT RADAR. Proof can be submitted in the private account. Thirteen days before the end of the start period, the participant receives an information-only email. On the final day, a secure renewal link allows the existing profile to be confirmed and paid without a new questionnaire or login. If no renewal is made, the profile is hidden after expiry but its data is preserved for later renewal through that secure link. No charge is taken without an explicit click and confirmation. Optional automatic renewal is available only if separately offered and expressly accepted. A participant can stop after the current prepaid period by making no further payment, or can request early removal by contacting partners@eventradar.click.
Once the approved placement is live, the fee is not refunded or prorated merely because the participant requests voluntary early removal, changes their plans or receives fewer impressions, clicks, enquiries or sales than expected. BUY OR CRY LTD will correct duplicate or mistaken payments and will provide an appropriate refund or credit if it fails to publish the agreed placement after cleared payment and complete approved assets, or materially fails to provide the agreed service and does not remedy that failure within a reasonable time. Mandatory statutory rights and any refund required by applicable law remain unaffected. If a participant legally qualifies as a consumer despite applying for professional promotion, their mandatory consumer protections take priority over this paragraph.
10. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protection or forum available to a consumer in their country. The version and effective date above identify the terms applying to current use. Material changes will be published here.
